My goal is to empower you with the WHY behind everything we are doing. You'll be able to take this knowledge with you long after our training days are over.

When we set goals together that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound, we can ACTUALLY get you to where you want to go. We'll develop this plan together. I may have the map, but you are in the driver seat!

SUCCEED

There is no greater feeling in the world than setting a goal, and reaching it. The sky is the limit when you have the right tools, the right plan, and the right people in your network of support.

Fitness for everyBODY

My favorite thing about fitness is that it has INFINITE entry points. There is no prerequisite for deciding that you are going to make fitness a priority. My cousin once told me that she liked wearing hats, but never thought she could pull it off, until one day she just decided, “I'm going to be a person that wears hats." And she does! We can approach fitness the same way. 

I believe that no matter what your starting point is with fitness (we were ALL beginners at one point), the point is that you HAVE a starting point. And depending on your goals are, every person's starting point, plan, and journey will look different anyway. It's incredibly empowering once you discover that your journey is just that- YOURS.

Maybe you have been an avid exerciser for years- but now you have specific goals in mind, like you want to train for a 10k, or you want to grow a certain muscle, or build strength. Specific goals need specific plans. You won't meet those goals by accident or even by random daily exercise. Let's develop a plan to get you where YOU want to go.

Training is currently available in Utah or Salt Lake Counties. Prices listed are you meeting me in Lehi. If you want me to come to you, message me for pricing information!

PERSONAL TRAINING

1-on-1 training is a great way to get

personalized help with personalized goals.

Sessions are $50 and we will decide how much and how often you'd like to meet.

Outside of our training time together, I will still provide you with an exercise plan to follow on your other workout days.

First time consultations are always free.

GROUP TRAINING

Group training is available for groups of 2-3 individuals working on the same goals and prefer a group atmosphere.

Sessions are $30 per group member and we will decide on a group training schedule that works best for everyone!

Outside of our training time together, I will still provide you with an exercise plan to follow on your other workout days.

First time consultations will be individual meetings and free of charge.
